I'd figure 30 minutes per pound. That should be fairly close. That's a big bird. If it was me I'd spatchcock the bird, or cut it in half. Either of those methods would cut the cook time down considerably.

I'm not sure what your cooking it on.
But with brining it should be pretty moist.

I done a 15lb turkey @300 and it took me about 3 hours. Lately I have been cooking a lot of turkey breasts. A little more expensive but a lot easier to cook.
The key is finding them on sale.

That's an awful big turkey. Going to be hard to get it past 140 in 4 hours, unless you spatchcock it.
