Hey guys. Here come the superbowl threads. Lol. So here's mine. Had 11 people over at my house. I had 2, 5lb pork butts, 15 jalapeño poppers wrapped in bacon, 10 red hots, 5 polish sausage, and 2 racks of beef ribs. Needless to say, the ribs are gone and there's a few spoonfuls of pork left for lunch tomorrow. Lol. A big thanks to soflaquer from his 2005 post for finishing sauce. EVERYONE loved it. It was pretty bomb. I've never had a finishing sauce other than store bought bbq sauce. So I appreciate his creation and so did everyone else. If you'd like it just type finishing sauce in the search and it's the first one. I highly recommend it. Anyway so I was busy prepping all day and was able to only snap a few pics. But here they are. For your viewing pleasure.
