Pork butts were on sale the other day so I snagged a few. After de-boning and grinding I ended up with almost 20 lbs worth so I topped it off with some trimmings from the freezer. I used this recipe https://www.smokingmeatforums.com/threads/single-white-male-iso-bratwurst-recipes.135331/post-926341
with the addition of some dried chives. Plus I added some cayenne and red pepper flakes to half of it. Its pretty tasty! I'll let them sit in the fridge overnight and freeze tomorrow.
