Scored a pork butt @ $1.49/lbs and decided to cut some steaks off of it to freeze as well as freeze the leftover butt. Also scored a couple of packages of wings @ $1.99/lbs.

So I pulled the 2 best looking cutlets and a few wings for grilling and threw the rest into the freezer.
Pork steaks seasoned with a little KH AP rub and then covered in HR Honey Rub. Wings got a shot of HR chicken rub.

Man, nobody can burn a chicken wing faster than me! Hot & fast has met its match! No sauce tonight.

As discussing with Brian @BrianGSDTexoma these steaks had a bit more tug on em than I wanted.
I will cut the steaks thinner next time but the flavor profile is there. Wings were tasty!

Good looking grillin'

Nice looking pork butt, and a great price. We usually need to buy the large cyro-pack of two large butts to get that price, and they're bone-in. Yours looks like it's boneless.
 
I love pork butt, besides brisket ,its my go to. Looking good there for sure. Low and slow or hot and fast, its pretty fool proof.

Man that looks killer Randy! I think I going to just stick to my method of grilling Pork Steaks over very hot grill to medium. Always juicy and tender. I just dont have any luck taking them up to higher internal temps without drying them out.
 
I did a batch of burnt ends using pork butt last week, they turned out great. No stress, cubed up some butt, grilled till 170f, into the pan with sauce till 203f, open the foil till the sauce is sticky. Worked very well, never tried it before, will do it again for sure.

And I’ve let a wing or two get away from me as well… but I like the look of those! Nice save buddy!
