About 15 pounds each. They Came out pretty good. Made the brine myself and let them sit in there for 10 days. One was a choice the other select

Looks delicious. It also looks like the cure did not penetrate the center of the point piece. Still delicious I’d bet.
 
I used all spice, brown sugar , salt , cure and onions and garlic. Thanks for the nice words guys
