Those Bone-in CSRs are usually from the Shoulder.

Here many of the loin cut CSR's have some of the rib bone attached.   Some in the packaging will have no bone but some will have a sliver.   The ones that have some bone are my favorite!
CSRs with bone in are my favorite too.

That's why I look for the CSRs cut from the shoulder.

Never saw any Loin-cut CSRs with bones, but I never shopped in Indiana.

This to me is a loin cut csr. At least to me it is. ( I have been told I am wrong alot thou.)

Only cook to 145 or so like a loin.

Looks like it to me too.

Wish I could find some like that.

The only way I ever saw loin cuts with bone was a Pork Chop.

The only CSRs I can find with bones are shoulder slices. Then they put the straight line cuts in them most of the way through, about every inch, to make them look like ribs.
