1st Turkey in my Mini

I didn't use any rub just Olive Oil,I don't think I ever had one with that nice color,out of my oven even.

That is beautiful!! I usually put rub on chickens, but for some reason I like the beautiful brown color of the turkey skin on its own. Great smoke!!

I have done so many Chicken Thighs lately I just wanted a break,was I ever pleased with it.
