1st time pulled pork

    So i bought a 7.8 lb picnic shoulder to cook tomorrow.. I just put my rub on it and its on the fridge to start cooking at 9-10 tomorrow morning.. Im using hickory and cherry for smoke.. Ill keep everyone updated tomorrow!!! Can someone let me know how to post pics so i can show u guys how it turns out?

    Looks good I just put a pork butt in my smoker about an hour ago!

    Great looking butt.  I always put mine on the evening before. The last butt I smoked took 18 hours before it hit and internal temp of 200 degrees.

  8. I just did 2 8 lbs butts yesterday. It took 24 hours to reach 200 degrees. I did a posting under Masterbuilt.

    12 hours later SUCCESS!!!! Thanks everyone for the help!!! It was awesome!!!
     
  10. Looks like i took the picture with the finger in it lol i always do that with my phone.

    But congrats! Looks delicious!
