I have done plenty of butts and baby back ribs in the past. This time i decided to do some spares, with a little research from this site I was able to trim them St. Louis style. I don't usually put sauce on them but my daughter wanted them sauced.




 
If they taste as good as they look, I bet your daughter is one happy camper! Just the right amount of bone pull back, yeppers great looking ribs!

Wht did you rub on those babies, they look amazing
For a dry rub we just threw together some onion, garlic, red pepper powder, brown sugar, dry mustard.

as far as the bbq sauce, my daughter likes sweet baby rays.
