I made my first run on my new Oklahoma Joe smoker today. I put her through her paces & she didn't let me down. I failed to get pics of all the meat that was cooked on it but I did get a few.
All fired up and ready to load up. She held heat really well and I trimmed her out right at 225-250.

I ran 3 full loads through her , this was the first and only batch I got pics of. There's sausage, andouille , turkey sausage, boudin & two kinds of chicken breast.

Oh and stuffed vidalia onions wrapped with bacon:yahoo:
:drool:biggrin::biggrin:

Thanks guys, We had about 20 people show up. Everyone ate well & took home food plus I had some left for me. LoL I'm thinking about my next round of smoking already. This time it'll be just for me and the miss's . I guess I need to figure out what to smoke.

That is a nice loaded smoker

Gary
