1st Armadillo eggs

Found this recipe online at Hey Grill Hey for small batch Armadillo eggs https://heygrillhey.com/bacon-wrapped-armadillo-eggs/.
I figured I'd give these a try before I venture into fatties, just to get a feel for the process. Nice heat that goes well with a frosty beer, and pleased with the outcome; will definitely bookmark the recipe for future cooks.
