18 pound brisket

Sup y'all it's so beautiful in Seattle I decided to smoke an 18 brisket for a super bowl potluck!!

It's actually a pretty nasty day pouring down rain and windy. I usually use my electric smoke hollow but it crapped out on me! So I'm using my big barrel smoker and the whole city can smell me hahaha!!

Thanks man! I had to pull her inside after 8 hours 6 in the oven at 250 and temp alarm woke me up at 5 am all done!!
