Could turn the fat into tallow, or freeze and use for sausage. Nice thing about getting the whole thing... you can do with it what you want. Those ribeye sandwiches are gonna be great!Ok I got 12 -1¼" thick steaks. 1lb of stew/noodle meat. & 1 good size prime rib roast. & 6- ½" slices for ribeye sandwiches.
Also got 1lb of beef fat idk what to do with.
Wish I could have afforded 2 of the whole ribeyes.
