13lb whole ribeye. Advice on slicing?

Ok I got 12 -1¼" thick steaks. 1lb of stew/noodle meat. & 1 good size prime rib roast. & 6- ½" slices for ribeye sandwiches.

Also got 1lb of beef fat idk what to do with.

Wish I could have afforded 2 of the whole ribeyes.

Could turn the fat into tallow, or freeze and use for sausage. Nice thing about getting the whole thing... you can do with it what you want. Those ribeye sandwiches are gonna be great!

Last one I bought was $5.99 lb and weighed 11.9 lbs. turned into 11 steaks. When it’s cooked what we don’t eat off of a steak the dogs consume handily.

Lol I did not think I would be this wore out from processing some steaks & such.

Last one I got I dry aged for 10 days in one of those bags and then cut it all into 2" thick steaks. Yes, I love a good rib eye steak. Wish I could find them on sale here but the pickings are a bit slim around here. Might go to one of the cattle ranches when they start butchering and ask what the can do for me. Most, if not all, only sell 1/2 or whole cows unbutchered.
