Two smokers going on this windy day here in Michigan. Brother in-law is smoking about 10lbs of brisket and I'm using my vertical smoker for 18 lbs of pork butt. Cherry for the brisket and apple for the pork. Pictures to follow.

Sounds about right,  Brisket and Butts  great combo.

Man, is that looking good. Now when it comes off the smoker, wrap it and put it in a cooler. May have to sit for a while, I'm headed your way but it's a long drive.

Low and slow.
Gary, the pork butt will be wrapped right after they are done. The butts are for a family get together tomorrow so it will have plenty of rest. Now for the brisket my brother in-law is cooking that's tonights dinner.

Nice looking smoke, and I can beat Gary there. Looking forward to the finished PP!

Pork butt is done. Picture is 1 of 2 butts the other fell apart when I took it of the smoker. I was more careful with the second butt. Wrapped it in tin foil right away (after a quick taste) and let it rest. Hope the family will enjoy the pork as much as I did cooking it.

Nice, Great Job
