10 lb brisket for sat am

I'm going to hold it. I just hoping it doesn't get too overdone and mushy. We will see

So the wife wants the brisket for dinner. Do you think it will hold for 6 hours wrapped in the cooler? Or will it kill it?
Answers??

Should be fine. It won't have much, if any, bark left but it should still be safely warm and taste great.

Cut like butter, although the extended stay in the cooler redendered the bark very soft
