All I can say is wow. So......wow.
Have you done this before? Do you have to "peel" it as you cook?

I think its a photo shop. But I sure would like to see it done and even would help! could you just imagine the size of the smoker!!
 
Back in my youth days... 22 yrs old and back in europe... I took a second, unofficial run @ "Camel" race on my BMW motorcycle... anyhow, at the end of race in Morroco, we ended up at nearby village... they stuffed baby camel with lamb and lamb stuffed with chickens on spit roast... dish full of taste...
 
I saw a similar photo on the internet a couple of years ago. Don’t know if it was real or not, but it would be tasty!
