Hello to all of food lovers. I live in Leelanau County Michigan. I just purchased a Oklahoma Joes Highland smoker that was on sale at the Traverse City Lowe's. $199.00. I seasoned it. I sealed all of the air leaks. I did some ribs 3-2-1 style .I used hardwood chunk charcoal and hard maple . Wow they came out fantastic. I learned a lot in that eight hours . This forum is great! !!
