Started 1/4 chickens in MES for about 240 for 3 hours using hickory
Moved to OKI-Joe for about 3/4 hr.
Nice smokey flavour.
Topped off with bbq sauce and side of pasta salad we picked up at the store.
I've smoked some potatoes today as well to make potato salad tomorrow to go with the brisket.

The bbq sauce is 1/4 brown sugar, 1/4 whiskey, 1/4 red wine vinegar (I swapped and used balsamic vinegar today) and 1/4 chili sauce. 1 cup is enough for us once reduced.
