Just realized that some might not be able to tell but the above was chicken breast. LOVE gyros but never had straight lamb, but this was so good I think I owe it to myself to try it. Curious if the family will try it or not. If the lamb had that elusive gyro flavor I will lose my mind.Glad this thread came back up. I have some lamb that needs to be cooked and now I know what to do with it.
