Had some neighbors over for NYE, wife requested Relleno Manok so I deboned a Roasting Chicken, ground some Pork but on sale $1.49 a lb,I picked up 2 ground all of it. Made Italian Sausage New Years day..Desert was another Woodcutters Cobbler.
