Leg and Thigh Bone plus Wings are still in tact.

It doesn't take to long to debone it 25 min.

Stop being a sadut! ;)

Time, temp, kind of smoker, flavor wood? Details, I need details!

Salamat!
Roasted at 350* took almost 3 1/2 hrs. My smoker will not get hot enough to take it out of the danger zone, fast enough.

Thanks for the points and looking

I hear you! Better safe than sorry. I really like the technique of the way you "deboned" that yardbird!

Looks like great pulutan (something to eat while you are drinking)!

Walang anuman for the point...

Can you tell I work with a lot of Filipinos?

Yes it shows and you can even type the words LOL

Walang anuman I was going to respond to you thank you but couldn't spell it LOL

I carefully wrote down all the words from rosie my potwasher at work!:

Salamat is thank you. Walang anuman is your welcome.

I have to be honest I know more of their bad words than good.

I LOVE Filipino food!!! There's only one good restaurant here but I heard they closed down. :icon_cry: A few years back I was on my way to one of kids soccer games and stopped at that restaurant and got some chicken papaya with kalamunguay and took one bite and turned around and got another plate to go... I missed half of the first half but it was SO worth it!!!

Salamat para sa mahusay na recipe . Naibigan ba ang karagdagan ng itlog sa larawan . Talagang ginawa sa akin tumawa!
