    I’ll have to try them as a rub. The brazilian steakhouse might need to be mixed with something if used that way. It has an extremely strong flavor.

    Used it for the first time on chicken breast last week. I’m not much of a chicken breast guy, but the marinade was really good. Here’s what I have right now. Using island grill for some shrimp today, and trying brown sugar bourbon tomorrow.

    I use those marinades a lot for non-smoker cooking, and they are really good. Try the brazilian steakhouse marinade on kabobs- incredible.

    I’ve tried that too. Zucchini makes good noodles, but not crust. Kind of like how cauliflower makes great crust and gross pasta.

    I’d eat it. Good job! I do see the texture of the rub, it draws the eyes when looking at the ribs. The coffee grinder was a good idea to fix that.

    I forgot to mention I smoked some peppers, onions, squash, and zucchini at 275 for 1.5 hours last night. I got my AMNTS today and wanted an easy way to see the smoke flavor it produced.
