    Monday Ribs w/qview

    2 racks of spares. Only had to remove the flap and membrane on the back. Rubbed up and on the smoker about 20 minutes ago at 240.

    What to do when your GFCI fails while cooking a Coulotte w/qview

    Had the pellet proper going. Went out to put the Coulotte on and the smoker is off and the GFCI is tripped. Reset it and off we went.
