Welcome to our Taco Tuesday. I wanted to do something other than ground beef. Went to the store and found some nice CAB bottom round streaks cut perfect for the job.
Came home and marinated in pineapple juice, tamari, and cumin.
Added a little chili powder before searing on the smoker.
Here's the beef on its first side.
I didn't get it hot enough so the sear isn't as good as I'd like but it's still good.
Here it is resting with the 4 pineapple rounds I grilled.
While the meat rested I cooked up the shrimp and finished the onions and bells.
We enjoyed it.
