    Live Fire Marinated Tri Tips

I agree, I seen a video that I think might have been on the manufactures page, they took a steak with dry rub, and used the machines marinade setting, supposed to pull the rub into the meat better/faster. So that was my intent to try it on Tri-Tips with a dry rub.

    Chamber Vacuum Marinade Function

It is the chamber vacuum itself, you put the meat and marinade in a dish or bag, toss it in the Chamber vacuum and it pulls a vacuum for 90 seconds (it does not seal or anything) you can use a open bag or open dish. I did each Tri Tip for (3) 90sec cycles. Basically just using a vacuum to...

    Chamber Vacuum Marinade Function

    Live Fire Marinated Tri Tips

Alright, these turned out pretty good. Not sure if the vacuum seal with this type of seasoning/marinade made a huge difference. Now granted this was not a true marinade, just oil and dry rub really. Either way, they did turn out pretty good, and good Sunday cook/lunch. Love cooking on live...

Live Fire Tri Tips in progress....

Just looked at the pic, it just looked like its on an incline, must be the angle of my phone, but no its level on that part of patio, and the cooker is sitting level. Just to double check how level it is, tossed a level on it. :) And once you get a good rub on the Tri-Tip and learn a few...
