    Ref; Beer Can Burger expertise?

Alright. I plan to do the smoker method and finish them on my grill. <The way the weather is..well if it rains it'll be a problem to be running a grill and keeping it going when trying to entertain guests. Smoker being electric I can cheat!>

    Ref; Some interesting finds

Right by the big appleton Mall. They always have sales going on and I go there for one thing and come home with 5 things and none healthy..funny how that works! <They do have amazing chocolate though!> I dunno about that! Some of those animals are supposed to be very good.

    Quick question on time/temp

    Ref; Beer Can Burger expertise?

So I want to try these things <I'm doing my 4th cook out on Friday.> but I am a tad confused on the methodology here. I understand making them, but is this done in the smoker or on a grill for the best results? I don't want some thing where the outside has charred and the inside is raw or any...

    Ref; Some interesting finds

The pork rinds are pretty darn good. Super crispy and you can actually taste the blackberry. Definitely will be doing some thing with the sauce when I crack it open. It's not often you find a sauce from another country round me! The sauce uses apricot in it as the fruit it mentions. Wish I had...

    Ref; Some interesting finds

    Not Satisfied After Smoking?!

You know that coffee bean idea is a good one to try! I'll have to try it next time, wouldn't hurt. But I am the same way. Though I think it extends to cooked food period. If you spend alot of time involve in a food <Holiday meals> it's always such a 'meh' thing to then eat the food. I think...
