Just got the cookbook, Smoking Meat. Was disappointed that neither the rub recipe nor the barbeque recipe were referenced. Also no recipe for 2-2-1. I have paid for the aforementioned recipes and love them. Wondering about the omission?

Jeff,
I have to items showing in my Lists under my Profile. I have tried to remove the second one that has no picture (including items showing in way of smokers that I have) I have tried to remove all including picture but have had no luck. First picture I want to keep.
How do I remove?
