    Pork Loin problem

    I use the left over juices to pour over the meat or serve it as a dipping sauce. Also, I always drape bacon slices over the loin roast and not only does it keep the roast from drying out but the smoked bacon is pretty tasty

    Christmas smoke?

    I won't be smoking much this Christmas....I will do a large batch of abt's for a Christmas eve party and thats it. I will make up for it on New Years though

    Hard to choose a favorite. I like Virginia Gentleman Chipotle, Tabasco Chipotle, Franks, El Yucateco Chile Habenero green, and am always trying different ones whenever possible.

    Hunting with my metal detector, Hunting with my favorite being bowhunting for deer, FPS online gaming, Computer build & repair, wood working, paranormal investigations and doing stuff with my family. I do manage to squeeze in some smoking time
