Thought I would try to do my own fatty, all the others I have tried to smoke were jimmy deans ,just cut the wrapper off and toss them in the smoker. This one is made with sweet Italian sausage ,provolone cheese and mushrooms. The taste was pretty good , I just did not get it wrapped quite tight...
