The gas grill is great during cold weather. Come home from work, turn it on; in 10 minutes you can cook. A few smoke chips and you've got good flavor too.
But the past many weeks the kettle has returned to the cooking rotation. Did bacon-wrapped filet mignons and marinated chicken breasts tonight. I was even able to re-use the lump from the last time, without having to add any new fuel!
They were delicious :) It's good to get back to the Weber, which has served me so well for so long.
