Picked up a bunch of pork butt and trim to make sausage this weekend. Think I got in a little over my head with 30lb of butt and 10lb of trim so I didn't get many pictures. Here is ten pounds of breakfast sausage linked and ready to bag. Here they are bagged up and ready for the freezer!! The casings were a little bigger than I hoped for breaky sausages but just bagged them in smaller quantites.
