I can do the fresh bread line too just not the Irish soda bread though.. Yup next day good and I see you added the sour cream this time around.

I would try that yeah.. thanks!Johnny, here's an easy and tasty cheater cornbread recipe :
1 box Jiffy mix
2 eggs
1/4 C vegetable oil
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 C sour cream
A capfull of vanilla
3 tbsp turbinado or white sugar
350* for 20-30 mins till toothpick comes out clean
For best results bake in preheated 8" CI pan
