This was the first time I made ribs in my Masterbuilt 30. It isn't wide enough to keep the ribs whole, so, I cut the slabs in half. I did the 3-2-1 method. We like our ribs to almost fall off of the bone here and the 3-2-1 did not disappoint! I did use the foiling juice recipe chefjimmyj had posted in another thread during my foiling step. I also made the finishing sauce that was attached to the foiling juice...although it is quite tasty, the boys opted to just scarf them down negged. I managed to squeeze out a not so great pic before the masses surged upon them.

Ribs look fantastic, nice pull back and color.
