No time for outdoor cooking today and my wife isn’t feeling well so thought some soup might hit the spot for her. Whipped up my take on a simple Zuppa Toscana tonight. Highlighted by Italian sausage, onions, mushrooms, sun dried tomatoes and spinach in a broth of chicken stock , cream and Italian spices. Served with some keto garlic Parmesan breadsticks.
