I saw them at the local Safeway too. It looks just like a Grilla Silverbac but it's definitely thinner metal, coated grates instead of stainless, non-stainless internals (drip tray and heat deflector), and no lid reinforcement, or pellet dump. Interestingly it has a dial controller without a food probe, though they do have a probe port in the side of the barrel.

Probably a knockoff made with stolen plans. Seemed like a decent enough grill for the price range, but of course I haven't tried cooking with one or working with their customer support at all.
