We have some good chimichurri coming from S, FL today from a place we used to get it from.
So yesterday I mixed up some sourdough.

Bulk ferment overnight.

Shape this morning and did the first and second rise.

Bake at 400* in the dutch with lid on for 20 mins. Remove lid and bake for 40 mins.

I need to get better at making ears.

Awesome Rick I love sour dough bread use to make it. Your post are getting in the mood to try it again.

Not sure yet if we are both going to make it, my wife said why dont you just go but I dont feel right leaving her behind as she likes the get togethers. If she says it again I guess I need to look for a hotel close by.
