Double Decker Deer tacos!
Made up some double deckers with onion, cheese, peppers and venison. Seasoned the meat with some worchestshire and a touch of Tony c's. Then ended up adding some taco seasoning to it that really set everything off! Shredded up munster and colby along with some nacho cheese on a few of them and all topped with taco bell ranchero sauce! Flavor bombs!

Mmmm that looks good! I have like a 7-8 pound vac seal bag of 100% ground venison defrosting. I'll be making some taco meat and such with it all weak. I don't mind it being that lean, I just don't cook it too hard. I'll be joining you in venison taco (salad) heaven soon :D

Love hard tacos, hate making them! I've seen the flour tortilla wrap around the hard taco before but never done it. Actually never thought to do it...I think I've ordered something from Taco Smell once like that though.

No way those weren't delicious and love the pro-line taco rack.

Thanks Keith! My boys must be magicians too, because I was licking the plates with our lab for crumbs by the time i got back in from cleaning up in the shed! ( ate mine before i took them in, so I did get to eat!)
