Mexican Street Tacos

Finally got to taco night last night and it worked out well. I watched several videos, read comments from supposed actual Latinos and read many recipes (quickly, just looking for technique). Then read the package directions on the tortillas! Dry skillet...they say 10-15 seconds per side, I think I prefer 20-25. Worked out great.

Three tacos were plenty for a serving and I jazzed up a can of pinto beans all Southwesterny. No pics mainly because I made a ground beef taco mix in a skillet, so no cool Blackstone shots to be had, plus, but the time we built the tacos on those plates it wasn't the best picture!

Shredded jack cheese on the bottom, beef taco meat, onions, squeeze of lime, red salsa, squirt of sour creme and topped with shredded lettuce. You steered me back in to the "tacos at home" lane!
