Hello.....
Greetings from the boring Midwest..
Been smoking for about 25 years with a charcoal/water upright smoker....Basic smokers yet usually did the job. After years of charcoal and no real way to regulate the temp, (and scoffing at electric), it was time for a new direction.
Just purchased a smokin-it #2, and after the first smoke, I'm very glad I made the switch.
