And a confused one at that.
Hello to one and all.
Found the group whilst trying to find out how to cold smoke bambie on a search.
Ex UK now BOP in the north island of NZ.
Fish and hunt a bit. Looking to learn a little about cold smoking and give some variety to the meat.
Using a Brinkmann upright. The one with one door but I can feel the addition of a second door happening soon to help with hot smoking.
A Smokai is providing the cold smoke.
