Greetings from the Midwest.
New to the forum, glad to have found this place to pick the collective smoking mind. We have been smoking for a while now but on a gas grill with a wood chip box but it was time to update so we opted for a Traeger Pro 34. Still exploring the grill and the entire new world pellets. So far we have cooked some steaks and burgers and smoked a rack of ribs with it. Figured we would work our way up to a brisket or pork shoulder this summer.
