That's right time for more TT! Seasoned with some Spanish type seasoning the wife had for something she couldn't remember the mix but we used it anyways. A hunk of mesquite for the smoke.

My sous chef wanted to make Cornish game hens last night but too much going on this week. Hmmm maybe the mini booster in the Minitisserie oh boy!

I'll give Points to the first rotisserie fan here that makes cotton candy on the rotisserie!
