Yesterday's ribs!!!

Fired up the ol' CG yesterday, did 4 racks of ribs via the 3-2-1 method, Dutch's Wicked Baked Beans, tater salad, and my lovely bride whipped up two strawberry/rhubarb pies. Had a bunch of family over, there were no ribs left... a good sign!

Here's some Q-view from the crappy ol' camera... I still haven't got a new one... The first is as they first went on, next is after the first hiour, next is done, and last is the desert!
