Yard-Bird for Supper

We were in the Mood for Some Grilled Chicken, Can't go wrong with beer can chicken.
No Beer Can, just a holder Cooked at 300 for an Hour and a half, perfect.
Wife made us a Kicked Up Caesar Salad.
