Heck yea, Us TX'ns we chicken fry everything. I watch that show, TX country reporter, on Sun mornings. They always find the good places to eat.

Hay Dutch, if you search for Chicken fried bacon on this site you'll find my original post. I'd heard of that place in Snook from a buddy about a year ago, it's not that far from where I live. I haven't made it there yet but I've been making chicken fried bacon with my homemade bacon ever since I heard about it. It's a real hit as an appetizer at parties and the weird thing is people love it and ask me what it is, when I tell them you ought to see the looks on their faces!
