Here is Tim paying close attention to the steaks. Never a moment were they unmonitored!


Seriously, we surely had a good time! Tim, you have a beautiful home and a beautiful wife!

Tim has always been nothing but gracious and helpful in my numerous PMs to him. He is friendly and definately a wealth of knowledge. It's too bad that I'm so far away from him, I'd like to shake his hand.

Have not had "A" steak. But I've had NY strip loin smoked medium rare on Lucille and sliced into steaks by the Okie.
And it was fine.
And I know of no better hosts.
Just wish we lived a bit closer.

And Mag is right, the steaks were prolly overdone.

Rilly good though!

ultra, the steak was cooked perfectly! The dang thing was as big as a hub cap, too! That boy knows his stuff!

Well, he did deliver my 6 brand new OS AW-131 thermos.

Actually, we met Kev when he stopped by for the "Christening" of Lucille and had planned on inviting he and Linda (who was recuperating fro surgery @ the time) over for quite a while, the thermometers were just a prompt to do it.

There are lots of good reasons to come to Oklahoma Steve!


I told kevin he would have to bring beer if he wanted some cuz all I planned on having was the Coor's light.

Only on the outside.

BTW, Where you been son?

If we had an events coordinator, I would be more than happy to work with him and get that accomplished.
