Magnificent looking feast Robert!!! If there was ever an appropriate time to use the "ol 96'er" meme...this is it. The SV method sure is a can't miss method on such a behemoth piece of meat.

Again, very nicely done! Hell, my wife and I would make a meal of just those stuffed mushrooms alone.

All I can think about is wraping the chicken in the pig then the pig in the cow......kinda like a turducken!! Just way better!
