Reminds me of a story an old dentist of mine told me.
An old neighbor of mine showed up at his office with a pumpkin that took up the whole bed of his pickup and asked the dentist if he'd pull a tooth for the pumpkin. The dentist said he had no idea what he was going to do with the pumpkin but took the guy up on the deal and pulled his tooth for the pumpkin.
