It's -20C in Winnipeg tonight. 5-10 CM of snow!

No way that will stop me from smoking a 10 lb bone in pork butt on my electric smoker!!

Made a shelter, thermal blanket on and a perfect 225 degrees with a mix of hickory and apple chips!

Settling down for the night, tomorrow I'll post pics of my shelter and progress on the long 14H smoke ahead!
