Hey there fellow Q aficionados, hows it smokin?

Yesterday i had a craving for some pork chops so i smoked up a few of them.

They were brined for about 10hrs in water, kosher salt, sugar, peppercorns, garlic powder, a bay leaf and a cinnamon stick.

Then i put on a minimal amount of basic rub and wrapped them in BACON! It was a windy day yesterday and at some points my temps got up to 310 degrees so i only cooked them for about 45 min. AND THEY CAME OUT BOMB!

on to the view.

Never thought about doing a bacon weave on a pork chop.  Looks tasty.  I've got to try this

I mean, pork wrapped with more pork! What's not to love?

Thanks for the compliments guys. Wrapping them in  bacon wasn't my idea however, I saw it on another thread on here and it just made sense.

I mean what can be better than pork on pork action? Except for sex maybe

I personally have never tried to wrap a pork chop with bacon but you can't go wrong and if you say it's good I believe you. Like sqwib said you can't go wrong with pig on pig
